This condo is just steps from Leland High Sierra Snow Play and Dodge Ridge ski resort in the winter, Leland lake or Pinecrest lake in summer. 3 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 7, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Big screen TV/DVD. Fireplace, wood provided, 3 levels , big snow in winter, cool breeze in summer. Beautiful view of Leland Lake, wonderful part of the forest, great family fun, winter play, summer swimming and fishing. It doesn't get any better than this. The space We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. We have always taken great care to protect our guests! * We provide cleaning service after your departure for a fee so you do not have to clean on your vacation. * Our cabin sleeps up to 7 and provides great lodging for family retreats. -No Pets- No Smoking. Sorry, No Wi-Fi We have smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers. You should stop and pick up essentials and groceries on the way because the local markets have only basics and are a bit pricey. Last supermarkets are in Sonora. Guest access You are welcome to enjoy and use the entire townhouse as well as the Leland Meadows lake, clubhouse, paddle boats and equipment. Other things to note This is a mountain retreat and as such has limited cellular access and currently no Wi-Fi. You can get limited cellular on the kitchen balcony that usually works best for text messages and voice calls. However the closest full access cellular is currently in Strawberry approximately 5 miles down the hill. We have a selection of DVD’s and television but no cable. Depending on the conditions you can expect 10 to 15 local channels. FYI – Leland Meadows has absolutely no trash service, YOU MUST TAKE ALL YOUR TRASH WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE!!! You may use as many trash bags as you need and store trash in the provided trash cans but it must be taken with you when you leave. The Pinecrest Dump is directly across from the Pinecrest lake turn off and they are open till 4pm daily. A $25 fee will be charged if trash is left behind.
