The space Astra Bella Apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area on the outskirts of the city of Dumaguete. It offers a comfortable home holiday for travelers and can fit a total of 10 people. This is a single attached fully air-conditioned two-story apartment that is well gated and has its own private 1-car parking space. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals at their own convenience. For safety purposes, this apartment also provides an attached fire escape ladder that is connected to the two bedrooms upstairs, which would lead directly to the side gates of the entire property. A 500L water tank is set so that our guests will never run out of water even in the middle of the night. A small balcony is available where guests can enjoy the street views. This accommodation surely is a perfect definition of “home away from home”. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: 1. Master bedroom - 1 queen-sized bed and 1 single-sized bed 2. Bedroom #2 - 2 single-sized bed 3. Bedroom #3 - 1 double-sized bed 4. Living room - 1 sofa bed (pull-out) and 1 futon BATHROOM: 1. Ensuite bathroom (master's) - with hot shower 2. Shared bathroom on the ground floor level 3. Shared bathroom on the 2nd-floor level - with hot shower Other things to note PERSONAL INFO AND VALID ID - Guests are required to complete the online registration form via Jotform (a link or QR code will be provided upon confirmation of booking) and upload a photo of the valid ID of each guest staying for the reservation. Please note that only registered and declared guests are allowed entry to the premises. OCCUPANCY - The maximum occupancy of this apartment is 10 persons. Please ensure to enter the exact count of guests staying to help us prepare accordingly for your group. PETS - A maximum of 1 pet is allowed but we require a pet fee of p1,000 per pet for every 7 nights. Please make sure to inform us ahead of time if you're bringing pets with you. This will be paid separately through a payment request here on Airbnb. MAID SERVICES - Maid services may be requested ahead of time for an additional fee of Php400 per day from 7 AM - 7 PM. This will be paid in cash directly to our housekeeping staff. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT — We can allow free early check-in and late check-out for a max of 3 hours only — 12 PM for early check-in for as long as we don't have any guests checking out in the morning and 2 PM for late check-out for as long as we don't have any guests checking in in the afternoon. An additional fee of Php250 per hour will apply for check-ins earlier than 12 PM and for check-outs after 2 PM to cover the operational costs of preparing the accommodation in advance or extra costs associated with late-hour cleaning services and offsets increased energy and utility expenses due to early or extended usage. Please note that the earliest paid check-in time we can allow is 7 AM and 7 PM for the latest paid check-out time. For check-out requests later than 7 PM, you will be required to book an extra night as this would prevent us from accepting other potential last-minute bookings. STREET PARKING - Available but not in front of the property or anywhere on the sides close to the apartment as the space is too small. You may look for other areas around the subdivision that has available street parking. EXTRA CLEANING - Housekeeping services are included as part of your reservation but we do ask you to leave the property in the same condition as how it was during your arrival. An additional cleaning fee of Php1,000 will be charged if the property will be found in a state that will require additional cleaning services other than the basic housekeeping tasks. Here is a short list of things that you can do to avoid such additional fees: - Do not move any of its furniture unless with our permission. - Place all used and unwashed cookware, utensils, dishes, and silverware in the kitchen sink. - Place all left-over drinks and foods on the dining table. - Place all trash into the trash bags provided. - Do not remove all bed linens. - Gather all used towels and leave them on the bed.
