Comfy furniture: 3 couches, fireplace, TV, indoor swing, cocoon chair, & desk. Xtra sheets, blankets & towels The space Sleeping areas: One bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one bedroom with a queen bed and private entrance. A fold-down sofa in the living room near the TV and fireplace. A sectional sofa in the sunroom. Full size air mattress if needed. Two full bathrooms, a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, and dining room. Very large wrap around deck with fire pit, furniture, and propane grill looking out on big, semi-wooded back yard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard except for the garage. Other things to note Make sure the flue is open in the fireplace before lighting fire. Never leave fire or hot coals unattended. Please clean fireplace after use. Ashes can be brushed into ash dump inside fireplace. Home-cooked breakfast available upon request at additional cost.
