Have a wonderful stay in this beautifully furnished 2 Bed/2 Bath Arizona Apartment. Fiber Optic High-speed Internet, new appliances , Sealy Queen beds, washer/dryer, Microwave/Range, and LG Refrigerator. Lovely "tiled" patio with fenced yard and BBQ and Fire Pit included. A great place to relax and come home to. Only 15 minutes from Casa Grande and Sky Dive AZ. The space Beautiful 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment with private fenced back yard. Two Sealy Queen Beds, LG Appliances, Ceiling Fans, and custom Tile Flooring and Bathrooms (Handicap Accessible). Guest access Guest have access to entire Apartment including front yard and the Covered Patio and Private Fenced Back Yard. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking inside the property, including vaping. Guests may smoke outside. Please see House Rules for more information. We allow up to 2 dogs (20 pounds max). Larger dogs upon prior host approval only. No cats allowed. We charge a $60 additional cleaning fee PER pet. Please see House Rules for more information. During the summer months (May through October), please set the Air Conditioner to 74 degrees when not in the apartment, and do not set the Air Conditioner below 68 degrees. Please do not leave any doors or windows open.
