Guest access A smartlock/keyless entry will be provided prior to your check-in time. The entire home and 200' of Lake Pateros waterfront is for guest use. The garage is not accessible to guests. Landscaping crew is on-site every other week as their schedule allows. Irrigation runs daily in the summer months.
