This home is sprawling with entertainment spaces that flow outside to the deck, gazebo and park-like setting inviting you to the waters edge. Well-appointed kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and stunning views. Fully fenced front yard is perfect for young children. (Little’s should wear shoes on deck as wood in direct sunlight splinters more easily). The space Summerland offers 3,600 square feet with three separate living areas and large, open spaces. The property is beautifully terraced with five different lawn areas across 200' of waterfront property, complete with a gazebo near the water’s edge. Three smart TVs, three fireplaces and close proximity to snowmobiling and Loup Loup Ski Bowl make for a perfect winter wonderland. A full-kitchen upstairs, including upgraded appliances and two dining areas and an entertaining/bar area and dining space downstairs. High-speed internet allows for remote working and schooling. The houses on this street are on a shared well. On a rare occasion, the water tanks are low and refill. Water to the house may turn off while this occurs (less than 15 minutes). Guest access A smartlock/keyless entry will be provided prior to your check-in time. The entire home and 200' of Lake Pateros waterfront is for guest use. The garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note 3 smart TVs to binge all your favorite shows after a day in the sun Summerland has a park like landscape, requiring regular maintenance. Landscaping crew is on-site every other week as their schedule allows. Irrigation runs daily in the summer months.
