The space This newly renovated spacious condo is on the 11th floor of the South Seas Tower 3 condo building with absolutely everything up to date. The balcony overlooks the beautiful blue waters of The Gulf of Mexico. Walk or jog for miles on the sprawling white sandy beach, a seashell collector's paradise! Park your beach chair on Sandollar Island while watching dolphins play in the warm blue waters. Rent a boat slip on the property to moor your boat, bike around the island or play tennis, pickleball, bocce or shuffleboard at one of the many courts provided on the property. Take an island tour to visit the highest point in Southwest Florida and learn about an ancient civilization that once lived on that site. Take an evening dinner cruise. Swim in the beautiful heated pool. Take evening walks around the grounds on the property. Dine in the many fabulous and diverse restaurants, both casual and formal. Cable, Internet, linens and beach chairs, beach stroller, cooler and umbrella are all provided. Just bring your bathing suit, relax and have fun! Guest access You will have full access to the condo, the grounds, the private beach and you will have a garage to park your car. For your use are beach chairs., beach towels, a beach buggy to transport everything including a cooler to the beach. Other things to note After booking, you will be supplied with the rental agreement and keys to the condo. After booking and paying Airbnb, I will notify you and make the final arrangements regarding the rental agreement and keys. To gain access to the condo, you will need to produce the agreement at the guard gate when you arrive at South Seas and then register your stay at the management office in the building's lobby by producing your car papers and your guest agreement. A $50 registration fee is charged by management to every rental party and for that, a parking pass is issued which allows parking and access onto the property and the use of all facilities. Registering is a must.! Any unregistered car will be towed.
