This chic apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to live like locals in HSV. Enjoy all HSV has to offer with a short walk to local breweries, restaurants, cafes & entertainment. Only minutes by car to downtown HSV, hiking & mountain biking trails, shopping at Bridgestreet, Research Park, & Redstone Arsenal. We are continually making thoughtful upgrades & improvements. However, this is not a new apartment & some original 80s charm may still be present. The space A clean, bright, and comfortable space. This apartment is furnished with a queen bed in the single bedroom and a large comfortable couch in the living area that folds down for additional sleeping space. Fiber Wi-Fi is included, and with speeds up to 1 Gbps, you won't have any issues with lagging devices. Chefs will feel at home in this well-appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. Guests can feel included too with the open floor-plan leaving the kitchen open to the living room. Coffee lovers have just found their perfect spot with our coffee bar in the kitchen. You have an espresso maker, a Keurig with a frother, a drip coffee maker, and even a French press all at your disposal. The cozy bistro set is a perfect place to enjoy a meal or cup of coffee with the natural light coming in through the windows. This space can also easily be utilized as a workspace for the business or work-from-home traveler with a charging port for laptops & electronics just underneath the table. The couch in the living room comfortably seats two, and with the smart flat-screen television, guests can continue to binge their favorite shows within the smart TV apps. The newly added remote-controlled mini-split heat & AC makes it super easy to adjust the temperature. In the bedroom, you'll find the comfortable platform queen bed where you can unwind and get an excellent night's sleep. Off the bedroom, you'll find the well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The large walk-in closet is also off the bedroom with plenty of space for your luggage & clothes. We do have a single doorbell camera that is outside. This is for the safety of our guests, ourselves, and our neighbors. We look forward to hosting you! Guest access You will have private access to the entire unit. However, this is an apartment where you share a yard and wall with another unit, so we just ask guests to be mindful of this and keep loud noise to a minimum. Other things to note We do have a single doorbell camera at the front door that records movement and audio and may be monitored. This is for the safety of our guests, ourselves, and our neighbors. Pets are welcome, but a one-time fee will be applied. Please notify us if you will be bringing your furry friend(s) prior to your stay. Unauthorized late checkouts are $100 minimum, and an additional $50 per 30 minutes over one hour.
