This blissful 1350 square foot home is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in charming Louisville. The Interlocken Tech Center and Boulder are within a 10 minute drive and Denver is only 25 minutes away. Colorado's famous ski resorts are under two hours away. Guests can walk or ride bikes to parks, trails, open space and to quaint old town Louisville. The Coal Creek golf course and a newly remodeled rec center are just minutes away from the property. The space La Casita is perfect for couples, small families and small groups. Enjoy your stay at our bright light-filled home where you can rest on confie mattresses, chill on the couch, enjoy meals and cocktails on the deck or swing to a light breeze on a Brazilian hammock. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size mattress. There is a full bathroom upstairs next to the bedrooms and a second bathroom downstairs. Although La Casita is a four bedroom house, our guests will have access only to two of the bedrooms. The kitchen is small but fully equipped with blender, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pan, etc. Guest access You'll be able to access two bedrooms (out of four), two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, backyard and shed.
