The space Living Area & Kitchen: The living area of this home has a comfy sofa, along with a flatscreen TV to stream any of your favorite shows! The kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you may need to create culinary masterpieces! Exterior: There is a beautiful fenced backyard that is available for your use Bedrooms: This basement apartment has two cozy bedrooms, one king size and one queen size. Bathroom(s) & Laundry: The bathroom features a spacious walk in shower, perfect for unwinding and recharging after your travels. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. Please note that the laundry room is shared with the upstairs owners, who live on the property. On occasion, they may need to access the laundry and will always coordinate usage with guests in advance to ensure a smooth and respectful experience. Guest access PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A BASEMENT APARTMENT You have access to our basement apartment that is separate. Other things to note The owners of the home live upstairs should you need anything. Additionally, we only allow parking for (1) one car in the indicated spot in the driveway. No parking on the street is available unless permission is received. There can be up to a $1000 fine for parking in the street or additional vehicles. Just communicate and we can facilitate for the most part.
