Minutes from Conneaut Lake beach and 13 minutes from Linesville spillway. 15-20 min from Pymatuming Lake in Ohio. Minutes from fast food and local restaurants. No pets and no smoking in rooms at any time. If staying for a week only towels will be refreshed. If you are looking for a place to party all hours of the night then this is not the spot for you.
