Adorable park-front cottage in one of Austin's most charming neighborhoods. This 1920's bungalow, rich with unique architectural details, is a cozy retreat in the heart of Hemphill Park. Walk to UT campus, Pease Park hike and bike trail, and many restaurants and grocery stores. We have lived in this neighborhood for over 40 years (next door) and have hosted many visiting professors and others over the last twenty years.
