The parking is a seven minute walk from the condo. The space Inside you'll find: DOWNSTAIRS +Living room: with a Queen sleeper sofa, large smart TV, two chairs, leather bench, fold-out table +Kitchen: Recently renovated kitchen with stainless fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, basic cooking essentials +Bar: Locally salvaged re-claimed wood bar with granite counters and two custom-made barstools UPSTAIRS: +Bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, bench, ceiling fan, storage closet with Washer and Dryer, cleaning supplies, and a few hooks for hanging clothes. +Storage compartment- in the bottom of the closet, there's a storage compartment where you can open up the floor and store larger items like suitcases +Bathroom- Newly Renovated Shower/Tub combo, toilet, sink with vanity Guest access Entire Condo, shared building hallways, free parking pass Other things to note Please note, this is a non-smoking building. This property is pet friendly but you must inquire in advance to let us know what type of pet you have so we can approve it. We charge a $300 security deposit that will be returned at the end of the stay as long as there is no pet damage. This beautiful condo is only available for 30 day rentals or more.
