The Nook

Enjoy a getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached to a classic 1940s Cape Cod home minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery. Busch Gardens & Water Country are a 15 minute drive. The Nook was completely refinished in 2020. Need more space or traveling with a group? Inquire about our other units. The space "The Nook" is an adjacent apartment to the main home (also an Airbnb) with a private entrance, reserved parking, and a porch. Indoors you'll find a well appointed bedroom, full kitchen, and bathroom. The door uses a keyless entry pad; a unique code will be provided to you after booking. Up to 2 cars can park on property. Need more space? Inquire about our other units. Guest access Guests have full use of the apartment and its front porch. The chicken run is off limits. The main home is also an Airbnb, with the driveway being shared. There is a duplex building on the back of the property with long term tenants. The duplex is separated from the main house & yard by privacy fencing. The driveway to the duplex and their yard spaces are off limits to Nook guests. Other things to note We are pet friendly, but ask that pets stay on the floor in respect of our bedding and future guests. If you are traveling with a dog, please read the entire "House Rules" segment of our listing before you book. We do have a crating policy. Our entire property is on well water. The water is tested by a well company annually and is of good quality and completely potable. The water is quite soft. If you're used to hard water, you'll notice a different feel.
