The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower, ideal for groups. The first level offers a living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and ceiling fans, while the second level houses the bedrooms (some with balconies and mountain views) and an air-conditioned movie room, perfect for watching movies, chatting and sharing special moments. Cook together in the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, air fryer, microwave, or prepare a barbecue on the terrace. After exploring El Yunque or the nearby beaches of Luquillo, return to a home designed for comfort, entertainment and rest, with WiFi and ample space for everyone. Guest access Once at the property, you will have access to the entire space within the property. No space within the property is shared, only occupied by the people registered in the reservation. You will have access to the terrace and pool area which is completely private and not shared. Other things to note The base price set per night is based on a capacity of up to 10 people, including minors. Additional guests incur an additional cost. If occupied by 15 + guests the cost will be from $595 per night. These rates do not apply to holidays or weekends (may vary). The House of Winds strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our property. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towel per guest and 1 beach towel per guest. The House of Winds provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small amount of dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We don't offer unlimited amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up on whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. This residence is in a rural area of Rio Grande. A very quiet and completely private property equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. Casa de los Vientos is minutes away from the main avenue. You'll be within a few minutes' drive of all the most popular destinations in the area. Be sure to read our HOUSE RULES before booking. By confirming our reservation, you agree to our HOUSE RULES. Don't forget to rent a vehicle, as it is essential to travel to our accommodation. The roads are a little narrow, with curves, ups and downs. The pool does not have a life buoy, heating, or a fence for children. Use of the pool is at your own risk and minors must not be in the Pool - Terrace area at any time without adult supervision. Adults drinking alcoholic beverages should not be alone in the pool area. The property has a gas grill (BBQ) in the terrace area which we make available to guests. We do not provide the gas!!!! (There is a tank that you may find with gas because if the previous guest does not use it completely, it will be available for the next guest's use, but the host is not responsible for replacing it once it is empty). For your convenience, we provide information to request gas service if you wish. As we all know, the Electric Power infrastructure in PR is quite fragile so there could be interruptions which are not in our control; the property does not have an electric generator. The property has batteries (backup) for the use of essential equipment and/or services (understand that not all the property will work, including the air conditioners). ** ** Travel Insurance ** We understand that cancellations, interruptions, and travel delays occur. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to ensure your reservation is protected. Unforeseen circumstances occur and you want to be covered.
