Ultimate Beach Condo with Garage

Welcome to our beautiful beach oasis where everything is within walking distance: local shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach! We are pleased to provide these awesome extras to help you immerse yourself in everything this place has to offer: two adult bicycles, four beach towels, four beach chairs, a cooler, and two boogie boards. We hope you enjoy our attention to detail in keeping this beautiful condo clutter free and functional for our guests. The space Enjoy our magnificent three-story condo with an attached garage. Be aware that there are two flights of stairs that have laminate flooring. This condo does NOT have air-conditioning. Please keep that in mind before booking. We are right by the beach, so the ocean breeze is usually sufficient but we just want to be transparent! Our guests will receive a unique code to enter the condo through the front door or garage. This is a keyless rental so you will receive one (1) garage remote to use during your stay. Sorry, no parties permitted! Other things to note There is no air conditioning. We have a whole house fan located upstairs. We recommend using it only at night to bring the cool night. We keep our laundry unit locked due to significant sand being dumped into the washer and dryer. If you need laundry services, please shake out the sand before washing. We provide only one laundry pod.
