Whole house water filtration and salt-free water conditioning. Drinkable water from every faucet! This home is a great place for a family vacation! Perfect house for respectful families. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. However, please note that there is no parking allowed inside the garage, as it is being utilized as the laundry room and game room. Other things to note Check-in: After 4 PM. An earlier check-in time may be available upon request, depending on availability. Check-out: Before 11 AM. Please contact the host in advance to request an early check-in or late check-out. Requests for check-in before 3PM or check-out after 11 AM are subject to availability and an additional fee of $50 per hour. Check-in Process: On the day of check-in, please keep your host informed of your arrival time. Your host will meet you upon arrival to provide a quick tour of the property. Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars on the driveway. For larger vehicles or company trucks, please park on the street. Please note that there is no parking allowed inside the garage, as it is being utilized as the laundry room and game room. The pavers driveway is very sensitive to stains so please refrain from eating/drinking on the driveway area. There is a minimum $500 fees if the driveway needs to be cleaned or replaced. Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience. No day time visitors due to liability reasons. All guests staying overnight must be part of the initial reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.
