Our location is perfect for enjoying Saratoga Race track and enables you to walk to the track and downtown Saratoga and avoid parking and driving. Just a short walk down Crescent Street to Nelson Avenue brings you to the back entrance of the race track. In our well maintained home , you will find an Immaculate, bright and clean home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths as well as an office/4th bedroom. Ist floor Master Bedroom is a private space with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with large tiled shower and double sinks . Upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with a King bed and the other a full size bed sharing a full bath. Main floor has a beautiful sunny great room with a large sectional, recliner and seating that ajoins the fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances including a double oven with air-fryer, quartzite countertops with a 4 seat island to gather around. Also off the great room is a dining area with lots of seating. The downstairs in addition to the master bathroom has another full bathroom. Off the great room is a sliding door leading to a deck and a stamped concrete patio with a fire pit. You also have a large front porch with lots of seating to enjoy the summer days. If needed we also have available a porta-crib if you want the room to be a nursery. (Stroller, travel high chair and a porta-playpen available for your use if requested) Also our home features central air conditioning, gas fire place and lovely hardwood flooring. A washer and dryer in the laudry room on main floor. Outside, you will find a roomy deck with a fenced yard , tables, lots of chairs , small gas grill and charcoal grill, as well as a stamp concrete patio with fire pit to entertain on after a winning day at historic Saratoga Racetrack. Walk to the track, downtown, Saratoga Casino, Siro's, Pennell's famous Italian restaurant, the Horseshoe .The State Park, the Museum of Dance, and many other attractions are also close by. SPAC is moments away...just a short 5 -minute drive but also walkable. You are close to everything, but still enjoy a cozy sense of privacy in your little corner of Saratoga Springs. Please note if reading reviews this space has been remodeled and a large addition has been added since last rentals but we are still the clean and well stocked home that we always were in our reviews just bigger and better! Ring Video doorbell on front door facing parking area also has a backyard motion camera and lights. Driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Only well behaved dogs will be considered, NO CATS due to allergies.
