The pool as well as the parking, bike recovery,laundry, barbecue area and playground are to share with the other guests of Residence La Collina. Other things to note Heating will be charged based on guests consumption at the rate of 0,3 EUR/kW. When temperature gets lower, during low season (LATE OCTOBER - MARCH), pool will always be closed.
