"Vintage Annie" offers a perfect getaway, providing easy social-distancing and lots of fresh air. The charming little camper is a lovingly updated 1967 Zipper camper. With rich wood paneling and delightful decor, the air-conditioned & heated interior includes a comfortable full-size bed, toilet, kitchen, and all the little touches that make tiny living enjoyable. Her covered area has an 'outdoor' shower and dressing room, a small table and a 'buck stove'. The space Our 6-acre homestead is truly "Heaven on Earth"! You can wake up to the sound of grazing horses; pick berries and fruit in season; listen to the cluck of happy hens; play tennis, basketball or badminton; and, enjoy nature's sights and sounds. In cooler weather, you'll enjoy several indoor and outdoor heaters, including a toasty patio heater and a propane heater in the 'outside' dressing area. Dogs are welcome with open arms, so long as they are housebroken and flea-free. Your fenced-in area includes the covered patio and an additional 350 square feet among the adjoining blueberry bushes. Our little farm is located within the 3,000 acre Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park, with 21 miles of nature trails and an informative Visitor's Center. You can visit historic Marietta (3 miles east) or bustling Atlanta (15 miles south). As third generation Atlanta natives we actively embrace the real meaning of Southern Hospitality, and welcome ALL to our family homestead. Guest access Except for the horse pastures and chicken coop, the entire property is available for your exploration and enjoyment. This includes several orchards, a tennis court with basketball hoop, hammocks, patios and sitting areas. You are welcome to photograph anywhere on the property. High speed internet is available over most of the farm, with a very strong Wi-Fi signal in and around Vintage Annie. For your electric car, a charging station is available on site.
