City close, country quiet! Studio is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Bonita. A beautiful golf course is at the foot of the street. Attached to the main house but has it's own private entry without access to main house. There are farm animals living on the main house property with the potential for some occasional noise as the mini donkey (Sancho) likes to let me know when he's hungry or in need of some love.
