Parking spaces available for longer term. 3 minutes away from shopping center, Winco and drug store. 5 minutes from movie theater, 10 minutes from Costco, LCSC, liquor store and downtown Lewiston. Backyard and Firepit can be used with multiple seating areas outside The space Locking door separates this basement space from the rest of the house. It's quiet and large. There is enough room for a queen size floor mattress along with living room space. Bedroom is spacious with closets. There are a brand new Queen bed and a full size bed in the bedroom. Separate entrance with individual code for guests. Comfortable for 6 but more if some guests are kids. Guest access Access all of the family room, bathroom and bedroom downstairs. There is a locking door between this space and the rest of the house. You will have your own entrance. The backyard and patio area are shared spaces.
