The Pearl House at Cartwright

Please note, we LIVE on the property. Our suite is behind a long hallway behind a locked door. WE DO NOT SHARE ANY ROOMS, BATHROOMS OR KITCHEN with our guest. This fully furnished three bedroom two bath home has all the amenities you could want. With a large living room with fireplace, kitchen with instant hot water tap, dishwasher, stove, wireless internet, private entrance patio, pool, outdoor living space and more; you will soon see why we call this the Pearl House. The space PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU ARE USING THE POOL, YOU MAY SEE US COME AND GO! We use that pool door to get to our vehicles parked in the back of the property. THERE ARE WINDOWS OVERLOOKING THE PATIO FROM OUR SUITE. DURING YOUR STAY, WE WILL MAKE SURE TO LEAVE OUR WINDOW COVERINGS DOWN SO THAT YOU MAY HAVE PRIVACY. The place is unique because its looks are deceiving. From the outside, the home looks quaint and small. However, once you enter, you will find that the kitchen and living room are large and that each bedroom, especially the king master, is of good size and very accommodating. There are closets with hangers, televisions, WiFi, and more. We live on the property but our suite and separate living quarters is located at the back of the house down a hallway and behind a thick locked door. We have our own and separate parking places and private entrance so that you are able to have complete privacy. You may occasionally see us on the property weed eating, tidying up, sanitizing the patio furniture, cleaning and sanitizing the pool. We will be discreet and will not bother your gatherings. Guest access You will have access to a double carport, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with towels, hair dryers; extra bedding and linen; and extra toiletries. The pool and outdoor patio area with television and Chromecast are also available for your pleasure. We also have a fully stocked laundry room for your use. Other things to note We would like to have you book! We have experienced one bad guest and have put in measures to keep all parties safe. We encourage you to book if you are able to comply with the following: We will need a photo of each registered guest’s state issued ID. We will need to know the tag number, and make and model of each car that will be parked at the property. Please do not think that we do not want you to book or that we are being picky. We are doing our best to keep you, our unit, and our neighbors safe. We have a tankless water heater so you will always have hot water for meals and showering. If the water is not hot, please message us or look in the house manual for a quick resolution. There is a instant hot water faucet in the kitchen that produces scalding water instantly. If you only need a cup of tea or coffee, this will be perfect. BUT BE CAREFUL!!! The water is SCALDING!! We gladly welcome your service animal. I am sorry, but we have a no pet policy.
