The space Newly installed solid oak wood floors run throughout the house with modern tile in both bathrooms and the kitchen. Tankless water heater and whole house water filtration system insures all guests have the beat hot shower, clean dishes and clean clothes if laundry is needed. Dimmable lighting in the kitchen and bedrooms. Tempurpedic mattress in the master bedroom and a Casper mattress in the guest room guarantee a good night's rest. Luggage racks and hangers can be found in each room's closet. Also, this light-filled, charming home is only a block away from The Fig House and the Ruby Street event spaces. No need to drive long distances home after a night of celebration. Please be mindful of the vintage furniture and use the coasters available in the rooms. Guest access You will have full access to the home and yard, but the garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please do not be alarmed if you hear the sprinkler system at 7am. The back garden is on an automatic system running every other day. Please also note that the gardener, Jose or one of his team, goes by the house every Monday to check on weeds and take the trash cans to the road.
