Description

Located at a very quiet, agricultural 1 acre property in the heart of northwest Phoenix, come stay in a spacious casita style space and enjoy the surround of farm animals in the neighborhood including horses, peacocks, sheep, rabbits, birds and much more. The casita/studio is attached to our main home that we reside in, but the space has a private entrance with an easy keypad self check-in. We equipped it with everything you need to feel at home! The space The casita offers a very relaxing stay with a queen size bed and queen pull out sofa (if needed). The beds are outfitted with high end hotel-quality linens and the space is finished off with a farmhouse setting. Feel free to use the Roku flat screen TV to play your favorite movies or shows. There is a small kitchenette with everything needed to cook a meal from scratch including pots and pans, a hot-plate stove, and a multifunctioning countertop oven. Just outside is your own propane BBQ to enjoy grilling on those beautiful, Arizona evenings. In the closet, you'll have your own washer and dryer with complimentary detergent available. Perfect for our guests on an extended stay! Guest access Guests will have access to our backyard. While the landscaping and backyard entertainment is a continuous work in progress for us, we still invite guests to come through the mangate just outside the casita entrance to access the backyard space to listen to the birds, see bunnies and possibly visit with our horses. Birds we often see include doves, crows, owls, hawks, a wild flock of tropical colored love birds frequent the property as well as hummingbirds. Our street is relatively active in the early mornings with people getting their morning walk or bike ride in so feel free to explore the neighborhood. We do ask that guests avoid what is called "the bridal path" which is a dirt/gravel drive that runs between the large properties as this is strictly for our flood irrigators' access. Privacy concerns for our neighbors could result in consequences as they have the right to call and report on unfamiliar activity just for being in the bridal path
