Shell House, a bright and airy beach house

The Shell House is a bright and airy updated two-story beach townhouse just two blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach. This three bedroom townhouse is an end unit with a beautiful yard and deck. Includes a gas grill, outdoor table with seating for 6, and conversation area. Easily wash sand off yourself and your pets in the outdoor shower. The space Up to two Pets --well-mannered, of course-- are welcome at the Shell House. They may be walked on the pet-friendly beach during morning and late afternoon doggie hours. Pooches may be hosed off at our outdoor shower by the deck, to permit them to wander the house relatively cleanly --please do keep them off furniture! The Shell House also is a great home for NASA and NASA contractor temporary duty (TDY) visitors. Guest access The entire interior and yard of the Shell House is available for guest use. The garage is not accessible. There are not laundry facilities on-site but several laundry options are available nearby. Other things to note A short drive to Disney theme parks, Port Canaveral Cruises, Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, the famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, and other classic Florida experiences!
