Just south of the state capital Dresden, near the Malter Dam, our cozy, approximately 82 sqm holiday home Polly welcomes you with a fenced garden in a quiet residential area. Smoking is permitted in front of the house and on the terrace. Our fantastic location is an ideal starting point for popular destinations such as Saxon Switzerland, the Altenberg ski resort, or the state capital Dresden, which can be reached in a 20-minute drive. The space The homely ambiance, with its open-plan living and dining area, invites you to relax. A large LED TV and Wi-Fi access are available. Our holiday home has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the smaller bedroom has two single beds. Guest access Our holiday home is available for the exclusive use of our guests. Other things to note A Note to Our Guests We would like to inform our guests that a new residential area is currently being developed on our street. At this stage, however, we cannot say with certainty whether—or to what extent—there will be any disturbances caused by construction work. Current information suggests that the work will take place exclusively on weekdays. Any construction noise is unlikely to be noticeable—if at all—in our spacious garden, allowing you to continue relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. Thank you for your understanding.
