Woodside Queens is a residential neighborhood. I have lived in Woodside for 4 years. I feel Woodside is really comfortable area. We have supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars , banks. In addition, Woodside is just 20min from Manhattan. You will be able to have a great stay in this area, Woodside. This house is also closed to Jackson Heights area. There are many Indian restaurants, traditional stores, supermarkets. I can spend and enjoy your time there too！ The space Hello , I’m Shogo, Japanese male. It is also recommended for people who are staying in New York for the first time！ As basic information on this house, This listing room is at 2FL of a house. There are 2BR , kitchen, bathroom, living room. No other guests on the same floor. It's good for you to stay with your family or friends. We renovated 2FL on 2020, summer. So the condition is really good. *Plants, ornaments, laptop, colorful sheets and cushions in the pictures are not placed when guests are staying. So there is no hotel service like daily clean, front desk, leaving your luggages, security guard etc. If guests expect a fancy, gorgeous building to stay like hotel, this house is difficult to meet your expectations. Also, there are other resident on other another floor. So you can't use this listing room for like lively party. Especially, please cooperation to keep quiet for the neighborhood. *No party, No Smoking, No Drugs 《When you would like to stay WITH YOUR PETS》 You can stay with your pets!! However, then we has to charge an extra cleaning fee $60. This extra cleaning fee does NOT be included the total amount when you make a reservation. We will send the payment request after reservation, and please pay from the request. *Just in case, if your pets damage this house or furniture etc, we charge you for that after your checkout.
