WELCOME GUESTS!!

Spacious room with a full bed, small dresser, mini fridge and Smart TV. The room has a ceiling fan, access to the swamp cooler and the lantern on the nightstand is a heater. There is a pet fee of $10 a night as well as an extra guest fee of $10 a night. (Both must be approved by me BEFORE booking.) The space Guests will have a private bedroom and share the hall bathroom (maybe with other roommates or guests). Kitchen, living room, dining room and washer and dryer are all shared with other guests or roommates. My animals have free reign of the entire home, so spaces will be shared by them as well. Guest access Guests will need to give me a 6 to 8 digit code to access the keypad to the front door as well as a 4 digit alarm code of their choosing at time of booking. The alarm will be armed EVERY night when I go to bed. During your stay If you have any questions please feel free to ask me in person, by text, email or thru the app. Other things to note There is NO smoking at all in the house. Shoes are to be left by the front door. Guests will clean up after themselves including any common areas (bathroom, kitchen, laundry area). If you see that the trash in the kitchen is full when you're throwing something away, please take the trash bag out to the garbage. Guests will supply their own supplies (shampoo, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, etc). I am in the middle of remodeling the house. I am trying to take care of all things in the guests rooms first as to not disturb guests when I need to have contractors come in but there may be a time when that happens. I will try to give as much advance notice as I possibly can.
