The space We have a quiet RV space away from a crowded park with mountain views on 2 acres next to our home. No tents/vans. Shared fenced yard / patios and BBQ are available. Max Sizes: Class A or Class C is 40 feet, 5th wheel or "trailer" 45 feet overall length. Contact us about your rig. A Koi pond and manicured garden/yard add to the relaxation to enjoy the views and ambiance. Call ahead to pre-approve pets and any extras. 🔭 Guest access RV space and hook ups are easily accessible. On request and pre-arranged, laundry facilities can be made available. The shared yard and patios are available on request for use. Our mailbox down the street can be available for mail pick up for long term stays with your "change of address". If pets are approved, they must be quiet and picked up after immediately. Space shared with Koi, a dachshund and a desert tortoise. Other things to note If your date appears booked, please contact us to be placed on a waiting list. Reserve ahead so to coordinate check-in. Southern AZ: ours is a "high" desert and we have critters - beware and be cautious. At 4800 feet we do get some winter weather, a rare snow in the winter and occasional hefty spring winds. The Koi and desert tortoise hibernate most of the winter. Prepare to have a heater available mid winter. That in mind, what WE think is "cold:, most northerners may not!!! Water, dump and electric included for one RV unit. Wi-Fi on patio; Prior RVs have added their own antenna for better internal RV service and reaches home Wi-Fi easily. Mail box available for month stays and Trash is picked up once a week.
