I live in the front. Two queen bedrooms and a TV Room that has a single bed and a couch. Dressers and armoire, bedside tables and lights. Bed and bath linens are excellent quality with comfort for sleeping a priority. Private bathroom with tub and shower. Small, fully equipped, eat in kitchen, pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes of all kinds. Bar fridge only with a small freezer. Air fryer, toaster oven, two unit burner stove and microwave. Private deck, picnic table, outdoor fire pits and Napoleon barbecue. Private garden and grass area. Rooms are spacious with lots of clothing storage. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet with nature sounds outside your windows. Nothing but forest for miles behind my cottage. Air conditioning available for warm, summer night sleeping comfort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire duplexed portion of the cottage exclusively and outdoor gardens. 2 car parking at your door. Your own private deck with barbecue, picnic table, chairs. Safe bike or toy storage in my boat house. Life jackets provided. Free and open access to the beach at all times. I have one kayak currently available. Firewood, fire starters provided. Please note, you cannot see the sunset or lake from your indoor unit/apartment. However you have full access to the beach, deck and waterfront at all times which presents a lovely sunset each evening (weather permitting). Other things to note Please note: your booking will indicate VAT/GST charge which in Ontario is HST. The AirBNB format does not allow for indicating HST. There is a dead end road that runs between my cottage and the lake. Respectful, low volume usage always. The lake is immediately in front of my cottage with a spectacular all access beach that is quite large. Please bring your own towels. See pictures. All wood for outdoor fires is provided. Cellular is sometimes challenging so I do recommend switching on to wifi calling if you can for 100% access. Wifi provided of course. I love giving recommendations for hiking, skiing, biking, kayaking and more. so please don't hesitate to ask. Great cross country skiing at your doorstep.
