Less hassle = more fun in Fall Line South 109 is a beautiful ground floor sleep 5 condo, your ski tips will literally hit your private door! Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed & a twin. Upstairs in living room is a queen size fold down murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with full tub & shower. Private deck, large TV with cable & WIFI. Views of skiers from living room. Walk thru hall to indoor pool , hot tub, saunas & common room with fireplace. The space This sleep 5 slopeside condo, 2 levels, ground floor bedroom has queen bed and twin bed with private door to slopes, your ski tips will literally hot your door. Upstairs living room has a fold down murphy bed with a pillow top queen mattress. Fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, large flat screen TV with cable & electric fireplace. One bathroom with full sized tub & shower. Beds will be made when you arrive and there are bath towels, please bring pool towels. 1 car per unit, upon arrival please go to the security desk, center of building - ground floor - near pool entrance. Fill out parking pass form, drop in box - come back to security between 3-10 pm to pick up pass for your dash. You must fill out this form anytime of day or night you arrive. Extra cars can go back down access road, to LOT #5 , it's on left hand side past Definitive Brewery. Guest access we will text you the door code to Fall Line south 109 morning of arrival. GPS: Fall Line condos are located at 8 fall line drive, newry maine. Go past south ridge base lodge and bang a left at the condos, the south wing is around back , closest to slopes. Enter any common door and find South 109. 1 car per unit, upon arrival please go to the security desk, center of building - ground floor - near pool entrance. Fill out parking pass form, drop in box - come back to security between 3-10 pm to pick up pass for your dash. You must fill out this form anytime of day or night you arrive. Extra cars can go back down access road, to LOT #5 , it's on left hand side past Mt View Restaurant. indoor heated pool, hot tub, saunas and common room with fireplace & games are in center of building - ground floor. Other things to note please note the wifi is not guaranteed and sketchy in this part of Maine. please have a back up plan. please do not unplug or rearrange any electronics. There will be a $50 charge. CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: upon 10:30 check out please bring trash out to dumpsters in parking lot, & recycle items to basement near ski lockers. Wash dishes in hot, dry & return to cupboards. Put used linens ( sheets , pillow cases and towels only) in the tub, if you did not use something please leave it in place. *DO NOT put blankets, comforters or mattress pads in the tub* Make sure nothing is up against base boards, leave heat on 60*, close all windows, shut off lights, leave keys back on table.
