It is not a luxury spot but has the basics for you. The Yachtsman 101 is super spacious at 1280 Sqft with 1 king bed with a private bath, 2 Twin bunk beds and a full bed in the second bedroom, The kitchen is large enough and equipped to handle all of your basic in-home meals with your family. The space As a note this is a traditional vacation (very basic) rental during the summer season and managed by a management company and does not have the same set up as other Airbnb’s that are operating as such full time. Such as soaps, toilet paper, Shampoos etc. Please look through the list of amenities for the complete listing of what is in the unit. All the first floor units require climbing approximately 12 stairs. With all that also please manage expectations and if you have any questions please reach out to us before booking. Other things to note The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is managed by the HOA. With that it is not heated and also unexpected maintenance could cause the pool to be unavailable during a stay. We apologize for this however it is not in our control. The vacation rental management company who services the unit does not provide toiletries, such as toilet paper, hand or bath soap, nor shampoo and conditioner. Please take those things into consideration when preparing for your arrival. Beach and pool towels are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own.
