The space The 1500 sqft home, built in 1927, is single story and located in the heart of the historic Fresno High neighborhood, within one short block to Kuppa Joy coffee, yummy spots to eat like Mojo, vintage shops, and the city's most famous ice cream spot, Ampersands. The house exudes natural light (26 windows in all) and 3 bedrooms, two spacious bedrooms with comfy queen beds, and one small bedroom with a Pottery Barn Twin Bed, small desk and chair which is at the front of the home. The shared bath is completely remodeled with octagonal floor tiles, and a contemporary feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with new GE and LG stainless appliances. A large laundry room is your passageway to the backyard, where a shared covered patio (there is a studio cottage in the back) and large pecan tree offers a shady spot to respite with outdoor seating. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the back and front yard. Other things to note There is a guest cottage in back that shares the space outdoors and it’s also an Airbnb.
