The space The 1500 sqft home, built in 1927, is single story and located in the heart of the historic Fresno High neighborhood. The house exudes natural light (26 windows in all) and two spacious bedrooms with new comfy queen beds draped in designer linens. The shared bath is completely remodeled with octagonal floor tiles, and a contemporary feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with new GE and LG stainless appliances. There is an office (could be used as a third BR, or cozy reading nook) that is private and bright. A large laundry room is your passageway to the backyard, where a shared covered patio (there is a studio cottage in the back) and large pecan tree offers a shady spot to respite with outdoor seating. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and the back and front yard. Other things to note There is a guest cottage in back that shares the space outdoors and it’s also an Airbnb.
