The back yard is fenced with a high hedge and full landscaping for complete privacy. This is the ideal place to come, relax by private heated pool and take long walks on the beach. Located east of A1A, the beach access is 100 yards from the front door. The street dead ends to private beach, so there is no traffic. Just peaceful bliss! Two of the bedrooms have desks for working. There is an additional portable desk in the closet as well. The nearest shops and restaurants are c 4 miles away in the small beach town. There is no public transit. We have a two car garage, but keep our car there year round. There is one space in the garage for guests to use, plus ample room on the driveway for more cars if needed.
