Private pool, under house recreation area gas grill/ping pong/corn hole/picnic table/outdoor shower/hammock/beach chairs/umbrella. Quiet beautiful Southern Shores beach 2 1/2 blocks away with an easy walk or free parking pass. There is 1 additional unit on opposite side of property rented to a local professional The space Private bedroom with queen bed.The bunkbeds have a full sized bottom and single on top. The kitchen has dishes, pots & pans and all the utensils you need to make a wonderful meal during your stay. Outdoor gas grilling is available with picnic table. Huge refrigerator & freezer. Our beach access is about 700 yards away with easy access. There is 1 additional unit on opposite side of property rented to a local professional. Usage of amenities are for owners and seasonal guests. Guest access In addition to the beach, there is free access to neighborhood park, basketball court, tennis courts, and sound access. The recreational space outside the apartment is large with porch swing, pingpong, corn hole, hammock. It is covered in case of rain with ceiling lights and fans. Large screen TV with Hulu, Netflix and other streaming channels. There is also an outside shower (semi-private). We have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler for your use. Bring your own beach towels. Other things to note There is a large breed dog that lives with the owners on top floor. He is a Newfoundland and friendly but he is never alone outside without owners.
