Local homeowners looking to share all that Saugatuck has to offer. This is our personal home that we built with the intent to be able to rent out. This is a smoke free and pet free home. A short walk to downtown and short drive to oval beach. Perfect for large families, groups, and reunions. 5 bedrooms with attached private bathrooms, and office with pull out sofa. City of Saugatuck Registration # CSTR-210026 The space Personal home built in 2014 with central air and generator. Features: deck with hot tub, table, and gas grill. Lower covered porch, with nice back yard. Interior features: main floor open concept with laundry, Master Bedroom with King Bed with 40" smart TV, attached bath and large walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and 24" TV, access to screen porch and attached full bathroom. Office area with pull out Queen Bed, Large gourmet kitchen, Island seats 6, dining table seats 9-13, great room with 55" smart TV and fireplace, 4 season room with 50" Smart TV and fireplace. Lower-level features; Kitchenette with full size fridge, sink, and microwave. Large family room with 60" Smart TV, Shuffleboard table, dart board and fireplace that walks out to covered porch and back yard. Bedroom#1 features a California King with private 3/4 bathroom, and 40" smart TV. Bedroom#2 features Queen Bed with 43" smart TV and private 3/4 bathroom. Bedroom#3 features twin beds with attached full bath, and 24" TV with built in DVD player. All linens, bedding, and towels are provided. Other things to note Check out procedures: Take out all trash. Bring towels to laundry room. Return furniture to original position. Lock doors and windows. Cover Grill. Wash dishes. Return thermostat to 78 degrees. Reviews from Guests who booked through another site. Fun at the Skybox Date of Stay: Jul 8, 2017 It was such a treat to stay at this BEAUTIFUL home! We had a GREAT time! The location was perfect. An easy walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Fabulous décor...linens were crisp...every detail of this home was thought out. The keg-orator was a fun touch! Laundry room with double washers and dryers was a bonus. We had cocktails and BBQ'd every night. The backyard a great place for Bag Toss and the Great Room was a perfect place to wind down with the big screen TV. We enjoyed meeting such a great family. Thank you for the best stay ever in Saugatuck. We will see you next year!!! Perfect Time in Saugatuck Date of Stay :Jun 24, 2017 I can't say enough about this home for our Saugatuck vacation. It had everything we could ask for or want in a vacation home. Our group of 9 adults were completely comfortable the entire week! The kitchen had everything (and more) that we needed. Close enough to walk to town for dinner and shopping ect. We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat one day and took a dune buggy ride another day. The beach is a short drive as well so lots to do. The home is beautifully decorated throughout with a porch, a 3 season room as well as a screened in porch. We even used the office area when a few family members had to work remotely a few days. The yard is big enough to play bags, can jam and spike ball with plenty of space and the driveway with a basketball hoop came in handy as well. We walked to town for dinner a few nights and also took advantage of staying in to cook in the huge kitchen while enjoying games and drinks into the evening. The owners were very helpful even coming over quickly one evening to deliver a new propane tank! We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom and enough space to gather together or get some peace and quiet. One of the best vacation homes our family has ever stayed in. Clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for one fantastic week. Excellent home for a big group Date of Stay:Aug 12, 2016 This house had everything we needed for a fun and easy vacation. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen/living area where we could hang out and visit as a group while cooking and eating. And there was plenty of space for people to find some peace and quiet. The kitchen had every pan, utensil, and gadget we could dream of using. Loved having so many bathrooms! Overall, the house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. And the location offers an easy walk into town, as well as a short drive to Douglas and Oval Beach. The owners were great and made it simple for us to collect a few things we had accidentally left behind. One last thought: I was nervous about renting in Saugatuck because I have a severe sensitivity to mold and many of the old houses in the area just can't help being damp and a little musty. I felt great staying in this house. Would love to go back! The Luxury Skybox Date of Stay: Jul 31, 2016 The tranquility of Saugatuck meets morndern decor! Who ever built this home really thought of everything. From the modern luxuries such as a tv for every room, a bathroom for every bedroom, and a even a keg-orator in the spacious delightfully decorated kitchen. This home boasts superior tile and electrical work throughout. For a large family with children, this home does not compare to its competition. Whether we were walking to town or watching the kids play in the large backyard from the hot tub on the deck, it really felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!
