North Augusta and Aiken, South Carolina, within 15-25 minutes easy driving. I-20 entrances and exits 1.2 miles from house. Guest access Whole house available for April golf tournament - Sunday to Sunday/Monday. Sleeps 6. Owner not on-site. Contact person available 24/7 for assistance. Checkout housekeeping required. If desired, more housekeeping can be provided for $75 per day. Owner can make arrangements. Free parking, patio, covered front porch. Amenities provided. Other things to note The fusebox is in the laundry room upstairs. Hoses are outside in the front and back should you need to use them. Cushions for the back patio chairs are behind the TV cabinet in the great room. Wifi/modem is in twin bedroom upstairs. TV directions are next to each TV. Housekeeping will arrive at checkout time (11 am) to prepare for those checking in at 3:00 or later. Check-in/Check-out housekeeping included in rate. Additional housekeeping is $85 per day. If you desire additional housekeeping besides the checkout cleaning, let me know ahead of time, and I'll make arrangements for you.
