This first-floor apartment uses the front entrance only and utilizes an electronic lock with a supplied access code which is given out the day of your visit around 2:00. We are always available by text/phone and in person if needed, otherwise, we value your privacy and hope you have a comfortable stay. This space is minutes from the falls, shopping, restaurants and so much more. We have friendly neighbors and family members all around our block in different houses. A city bus stop is located about 100 feet from this apartment. Local taxi service is also available. This listing is walking distance to a local park as well as a golf course and multiple restaurants. A 7-11 is located within a few blocks. The train station is also within walking distance. There is a rental unit above and it has old hardwood floors, so there is the possibility of noise from other people. If ever there is an issue please call or message me.
