Welcome to my luxurious home, full of upscale perks, perfect for all travelers! Minutes from Daytona and the beaches, the updated house is a great place to relax after a day in the warm Florida sunshine. It has lots of room to chillax with a big screen TV, 3 great bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofa-Bed), two full bathrooms, a modern and fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar (coffee/tea/sugar) to get you going. There is a fenced-in landscaped back yard with a large deck and cushioned benches. The space My spacious home is the perfect spot for you to relax and have fun on your Florida getaway. This three bedroom, two bath home is tucked away in great, quiet neighborhood. Walk to the the park and lake just down the street or take a short ride to either Daytona or Ormond Beach. The beach is 10 minutes away and the International Speedway is a 15 minutes drive. Six award-winning state parks are within 20 minutes. Whether your tastes run from fast cars and bikes, fishing and frolicking in the waves, or exploring old Florida, this area is for you. - Beautiful and modern one-story home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Other than the deck, there are no stairs inside or outside. - Sleeps 4 comfortably. There is a sofa bed in the third bedroom as well as two living room couches. - Master bedroom: King size bed, Sealy mattress, luxurious pillows and sheets, beautifully decorated - Second bedroom: Queen size bed with Sealy mattress, luxurious pillows and sheets, great furniture - Third bedroom: Full size sofa bed; - Living room has two large couches that could be used. - Modern kitchen: full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee bar, toaster - Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware - everything you should need - Coffee, teas, sugar, and basic condiments in the fridge - Two full size bathrooms: bath gels, hand soap, shampoo, hair dryer - Grab-and-Go Beach Essentials: beach towels, bag, and small cooler - Washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets in the garage - Complimentary WiFi with password-protected connection - 50" HD TV in Living Room (You are able to connect your own device via HDMI cable, and connect to your streaming service with Apple TV) - DVD Player - Sharing book and Nat Geo collection - Dining Room: big table with six chairs and a great view - Living Room: two couches, an oversized chair, coffee table, and original art - Very large deck with cushioned benches (The cushions are in the garage. Please put them back after use) - Beautiful landscaping - Smart lock with personalized code - 100% non-smoking home - Central AC/heat - Cleaned by professional cleaners - Parking: driveway can fit two cars or a trailer; street parking is also available - Fully fenced-in backyard for privacy Things to note: 1. Garbage collection days are Monday and Thursday. Please put the trash can near the curb the evening prior to the collection day. You may recycle plastic only. 2. I do not have local or cable channels, but there is an Apple TV so you can log in to your own account on Netflix and other streaming services. There is a 50" TV in the living room where you can use an HDMI cord and plug in your own device, like a laptop. 3. My home is not baby/child proof. That means that kitchen drawers do not lock, chemicals are within reach and there is breakable decor. I do not have high chairs or children's beds. I trust that as a parent you'll make the right decision if my place is the safe environment for your family. Please let me know if you have specific questions or concerns prior to booking. Guest access The entire house, fenced-in yard, and large deck is accessible. Please do not use the kayak or fishing equipment without permission. Other things to note Garbage pick up is Monday and Thursday. Please put the bins on the curb the night before. Lawn Service is on Monday mornings. The cushions for the benches on the deck are in the garage. Please put them back after using them. Please turn the air up to 77 and the heat down to 68 when you leave. Please take the used sheets off the beds and leave the used towels on the floor. Because it's a very quiet neighborhood, please be aware there is an AirB&B approved noise-monitoring device (Minut).
