This space is newly remodeled and ready to be experienced now! This space is the lower floor on an expansive 3 story house overlooking the bay in Colonial Beach. It is spacious and relaxing with new modern amenities and some classic touches. The upper levels are occupied, but you have access to a private entrance and patio. And shared use of the dock directly across the street. Newly installed kitchen complete with induction cooktop and sink. Dish drain with soap and sponge is located under the sink. Please note there is a all-in-one Convection Oven/Mircowave/Airfryer for all your baking, toasting and reheating needs. A couple reviews are in user error and want to make it clear for future guests. We have a dock that is available if you would like to bring a boat or kayaks. You can tie it up and have it out there for the duration of your stay. A few blocks behind the house is the Potomac River which is great to walk or bike by. There are a few little beaches and some little shops. There are restaurants nearby that you can walk to as well. Guest interaction is quite minimal unless you need something. There's a key code for entry but if something arises we are available by text anytime. Most people walk, drive, bike, or use golf carts. There are golf cart rental places in town but the peninsula is very walkable. To the point and back is 2 miles. We have an ev charger near the dock entrance if you have a smaller EV. We put an electric Fiat there often.
