Serpent lake across the street, Rabbit lake, as well as 6 clear, clean mine lakes right down the road offer great fishing and kayaking opportunities. Top to bottom renovation, features 3 bedrooms and one bath. Dog friendly with fenced yard. Completely renovated 3 bed, one bath house, walking distance to shops and restaurants, blocks from the bike trail, across from Crosby park and boat launch. Guests will have access to the whole house, as well as storage for bikes, access to a Canoe, and 1 block from bike and kayak rental. Guests can check in an out via lock box, I am available via phone or email for questions. Just blocks to local shops and attractions. All the amenities you would expect at home are within 5 minutes of the property. Walkable to everything, great for families with children, park, beach, and boat launch across the street. Bike to local trails and mine lakes. 5 minute drive to Cuyuna state park trail head. 220 volt electric hook up for electric car charging or RV hook up. This home has a wonderful central location. However, being central to everything has its draw backs. several guests have noted that the street in front of the house is busy. In an effort to more clearly meet expectations, I would like to emphasize that the home is on a busy street. All but a few guests (myself included) have commented that the location is a worthwhile trade off. Traffic is busier on weekends and during the day, we have not found it to detract from our fun and enjoyment when we are there.
