Holidays require a 3-night stay. Refunds are unavailable; however, you may change to another non-holiday date with no extra charge. The space Our cabin is walking distance to Snow Summit and bicycle park, and has a great sledding area during winter months. Very close to lake, shopping, Big Bear Village. We have many return guests - great for family reunions, birthday and anniversary celebrations. You will have a fun time at our cabin! There is an ADT security camera outdoors (not indoors) for your safety. Guest access Entire cabin, including garage. Other things to note Holidays - 3-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL Additional fee: Big Bear Occupancy Tax - 11% Cleaning/Linen Fee: $335 CANCELLATIONS Rental payments are non-refundable, unless the cabin can be rented for all dates being cancelled. If the cabin can be rented, a cancellation fee of $75 or 10% of the rental amount (whichever is greater) applies and will be withheld from your refund. NO refunds will be made for cancellations due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical failures, electrical failures, or malfunction of TVs or other equipment. In addition, NO refunds will be made for any circumstances beyond our control. Rescheduling is allowed if all roads have been closed into the area. Chains are often times required in the winter and may be required to get in and out of Big Bear and to get into or out of the cabin, and should be carried at all times in the winter months.
