Cozy Art Filled Tribeca Apt for 1 couple or 2 friends w/child. Open plan studio/2nd floor in small bldg (no elevator) w/ 2 separate sleeping areas. 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area. In 2nd sleeping area is a bunk-bed unit w/2 twin beds.The 2 sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid wall (ceilings are 12’6”)and from living area by sliding fabric room dividers (not doors). The space is great, with washer and dryer and even detergent is there if needed! Free WiFi, the bed was comfy and the whole space was very comfy and in a great location. The promenade is only 4 blocks away and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend! The location was perfect: subway 2 blocks away, lots of great restaurants, grocery store, wine shop, and Billy's Bakery 4 doors down. Beds were super comfortable, and it was surprisingly really quiet (no street noise). It worked great for this family of 4 as a launching pad for our daily adventures in Manhattan, and a cozy spot to come back to at the end of the day. The general location is wonderful with great access to go in any direction from the Tribeca area on subway, taxi's and ride share platforms. It was well equipped and owner had a guest suggestion letter and sight seeing information that was very detailed and accurate, down to suggestions for limo services back to the airports. We will definitely try to book this property on our next visit to NYC! Guests love the location and comfort in this art filled, well outfitted 900 square foot private studio. The space has 2 separate sleeping areas w/ 1 spacious bath, and all towels/linens provided. There is a fully equipped/outfitted and ready to use kitchen with service for 6. Sleeping areas have 1 queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in another smaller sleeping area is a bunk-bed unit with 2 twin (single) beds 1 over the other. The 2 sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8'ft solid construction wall that does not go to ceiling (our ceilings are well over 12'8") and from adjacent living area by sliding fabric room dividers. There is a private laundry in a separate interior private hall adjacent to the space. Cable TV, WIFI and AC provided. We are 1 flight up/2nd floor(no elevator). Date of Stay June 28, 2018 This is a very comfortable, easy place to stay. It is so well outfitted that I can't think of anything we needed that we didn't find. It was very comfortable for myself and my two grown daughters. Host is very clear and very accommodating. Finally, this is a great neighborhood (excellent food at every turn) and within easy walking distance of nearly all subway lines, so It's easy to get anywhere. We could not have had a nicer time! This iconic lower Manhattan neighborhood is a high profile foot & family friendly historic district with wonderfully restored examples of 19th century cast iron architecture. There is a lively nightlife here with frequent celeb spotting. There are numerous 5* award winning chef owned restaurants and nearby fashionable boutique shopping right nearby. Tribeca has been designated by the NYC landmarks commission as an early historic area that is not permitted to be changed in any way. It is a peek into another era and should be enjoyed by walking through its charming streets. There are nearby parks and playgrounds for children including traffic free Hudson River Promenade going uptown/down, with seasonal activities always going on. Subways east side/west side nearby, taxis on corner, providing easy access in Manhattan. Choose from the 1,2,3 line +A,C,E line, # 4,5,6 line. Gourmet Garage and local grocery and pharmacies open late. Guest access the space is as described. Good for 1 couple w child or just 2 friends traveling together. We are unable to accommodate teens, minors traveling alone or any pets. Please let us know before booking a little about your visit, so you can be sure it is a good fit. For people relocating we are unable to store large amounts of luggage. We mail out keys/access info about 2 weeks before arrival to the address you give us for a contactless self check in. Make sure we have your correct address and an emergency cell after reserving dates. Other things to note We are on the 2nd floor/no elevator. If coming last minute, we may be able to customize your check in /out. if guest is relocating or moving we are unable to store furniture, personal property or large amounts of luggage.
