The bed for this space is located in the study filled with books on beautiful dark oak shelves. Located in the quiet Briarwood town home community behind the Emerson facility on hwy 29, less than a mile from NGIC and a short drive to the heart of downtown Charlottesville. The space The space is roughly the size of a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom door can be closed for privacy from the living room. The kitchenette includes: stove, microwave, medium size fridge, beverage cooler, keurig, bar sink, and cookware. There are two televisions, a 70" Roku streaming TV in the living room and an additional TV in the amoire inside the bedroom. The Guest Suite includes a stockpile of music, dvds, and our wonderful treasure trove of books. Guest access The Guest Suite is the entire bottom floor of the town home which includes: living room, kitchenette, full bath, laundry room and bedroom/study.
