The space This is a bottom floor one bedroom apartment with private bathroom and washer and dryer. Laundry detergent included. Kitchenette with basic dishes and cooking supplies. There is a bar with stools and two single daybeds. Air mattress available upon request. Pack and play stored under daybed. There's a separate entrance and parking with no shared spaces. Outdoor shower included. Guest access Two parking spaces near apartment entrance. Other things to note The apartment is below our residence. Our family includes 2 teenagers, 2 indoor cats, 1 dog, and 3 geckos. We try to keep quiet between 9pm and 8am.
