If you would like to use the sofa bed during your stay, please request it be made up in advance of your reservation. - Large private bath with shower & tub (strong water pressure) - 42" TV with Amazon Fire Stick. Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, Disney + available for your use. Movie purchases available. - Strong WiFi (100mbps) - Keurig with free coffee (breakfast, strong, decaf) and various teas provided. - Microwave and mini fridge provided for your use (along with silverware and dishes). - Grill on patio for your use (grilling supplies provided). - Cold central AC and hot central heating. Nest control. The house is set up as a duplex. I live in the main part of the house alone. There are no shared spaces between the main house and the suite. I am extremely pet friendly and only charge a $20 flat fee per dog to cover extra cleaning. I ask that you let me know in advance if you are bringing a dog. More than 2 dogs or any other type of pet requires advance approval prior to booking. Guest access Entire Suite is yours, there are no shared spaces with the main house. Completely separate entry.
