Beautiful newly remodeled apartment in the best area of Buenos Aires. Living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has a 1.90 x 0.80 folding bed and a sofa, table with 4 chairs. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle. The bedroom has a king size bed, a dressing room with a safe and is en suite, the bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub. There is a TV and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. Balcony facing the street. The space This apartment is beautiful! We renovated it in 2019 and thought of all the details to make our guests more comfortable. The area is spectacular, very quiet and close to everything, it has a lot of atmosphere. Our idea is that for a few days, weeks or months, whatever you need, you feel like a "porteño" (demonym for a person born in Buenos Aires). In addition, Color Botánico involves a small group of people who will be at your disposal for whatever you need. Guest access The building has a terrace with lounge chairs and showers for everyone who lives in the building to enjoy. There are garages, some are available to rent for an extra cost. The apartment is cleaned again and checked before each guest's arrival. If you need anything, or if you don't find it in good condition, don't hesitate to write me an email or WhatsApp. Other things to note The building has security at night. It is a quiet and safe area. A few meters from the apartment you can find supermarkets, a greengrocer, bakery, pharmacy and laundry. We also offer to take your clothes to the laundry and then bring them back when they're ready.
