We’ve spent tons of hours and elbow grease renovating the house and upcycling vintage pieces throughout the interior (you might notice some of our daughter’s “handiwork” when she was helping us out with painting and staining ;P). We’re excited to finally be able to share our authentic yet modern vision with you! Try those new recipes in our brand new kitchen with a huge white quartz island! Taste and share those new dishes on our locally custom hand-made dining table made with reclaimed wood from this very same house! Afterwards, enjoy a cup of tea/coffee while watching your fave show on our SmartTV in front of our authentic vintage Mid-Century modern kidney glass coffee table. **MUST READ!!! This is a PRIVATE unit with its own private entry door in a 3-unit house. Your unit does not have any shared/common indoor space with other guests in other units but it DOES have SHARED WALLS with the other units. Each unit is separated by walls and/or double locked firedoors. There is NO INTERIOR ACCESS between the units. Because this unit is part of a larger house, you WILL be able to hear other people going about their normal day and vice versa. Therefore, we request that ALL our guests be respectful of everyone and to observe Quiet Hours. If you need a space where you can be loud day or night, then we recommend booking the entire house (see our 4 bedroom listing) or elsewhere (note that parties are still NOT PERMITTED.) ** (Inquire with us if you need 3 or 4 bedrooms. A $300 House Rule violation fine will be imposed PER incident. - Names and ages of all Guests and visitors are required before entering premises. - All overnight guests must be included in the reservation, and all visitors must receive pre-authorization before entering the premises for everyone’s safety and security. - Shoes shall be removed upon entry. - One set of towels, linens and toilet paper per guest/bed. Additional towels and linens can be provided for a fee. - Luggage drop off is subject to availability and requires additional fees. - Due to Guest wear and tear, some items shown in photos may be out for repair or have been replaced with comparable items. - All Guests must review our complete House Rules in the appropriate section of this listing. By entering the premises, Guest acknowledges and agrees to all our House Rules. - Same day bookings may require later check-in times. Please inquire about check-in time before booking same-day check-ins. - Stays may require additional vacation rental agreements, any appropriate security/damage/pet deposits and/or regular housekeeping paid by Guest. Inquire for further details. Our gated house is located in a densely populated urban residential area. (More info in the Neighborhood section.) There is traffic and will occasionally have loud noises outside of quiet hours, which is from 10pm to 8am. Guest access Guests will have access to the 2 bedrooms pictured, kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room, front patio with fire pit, and private parking within the automatic gated driveway. Other things to note Behind the main house is an area that is under construction. It is fenced off and locked and no trespassing is permitted.
