Caretaker's Cottage

Spacious mother-in-law apartment connected to main house w/private entrance. Full kitchen. 2 sink bathroom. Across from hospital and city park. Almost new queen mattress, futon in the living room and extra room for air mattresses. Lots of natural light. Heating and AC. Walking distance to BYU-I and downtown. Close to restaurants, but in a neighborhood with plenty of sidewalks. Close to Yellowstone, Tetons, Idaho Falls, etc. Great place to stay for vacation or visiting friends and family. The space Basement apartment connected to host's house but separated by a door that locks from both sides. A futon couch in the living room can be folded out and used as a bed. Has space to fit 5, but linens/blankets only provided for queen bed. Queen airmattress and/or single cot available upon request ($5/night). Close to hospital, park, university, downtown, etc. Curbside parking. We are an active family with five kids so some noise can be expected. Guest access Apartment and small patio. Other things to note Walking a grassy slope or use of 9 concrete steps is required to access the apartment.
