One that overlooks a common area and one that is 100pct private. Please note mountain well water is 100 percent potable,no issues drinking, cooking or washing with it. Seasonally there may be a light scent of sulfur. If that is an issue please make sure you pick up some bottled water to drink if the taste may bother you. If you’re up for it bring some hiking shoes. Right here on the property we have a lovely watering hole where humans don’t exist just nature. The owner can show you the unmarked trails. Please don’t hesitate to ask for any assistance with anything 👍 Additionally if kayaking is your thing we can make available a day excursion (not far) to Greene Lake. It is one of the most beautiful placid big lakes in the Catskills most people haven’t heard of! Single double or up to three guest we can accommodate! We bring you to the lake with all the gear you need and pick you up on an agreed time. Stay at the lake for an hour or the entire day! $75 per person all equipment and passage included. Dog friendly $45dog fee (no cats). PLEASE NOTE!!! that this is a dormer bathroom. It has a angled ceiling. This is a full bathroom but is better suited for bathing over showering! We supply a lovey sitting bench to shower, as not to have to lean while showering! All portions of the property are accessible From the unit you are staying to the common spaces. Feel free to BBQ, sun bath or enjoy the fire table. All are included in the common spaces. We just ask all your be respectful of other guest! I am available anytime during your stay. Goat happy hour is available for an additional fee $40 (per person) weather permitting right next door and includes a aperol spritz! Angelo canna park is in walking distance with tennis courts and running tracks! We are minutes away from Hudson, Windham, Tannersville; Hunter mountain and the town of Catskill. Great restaurants all within an easy drive. Hannaford supermarket and the worlds best wine and craft liquor store are less than a mile down the road(whiskie lovers paradise) . Purling is part of Cairo, which is the crossroads of the Catskills. RoundTop is very close with fun German resorts and bars. Blackhead Golf resort is a 4 minute drive. Historic Olana is a 15 minute drive across the lovely Rip Van Winkle bridge. If you’re staying a few days you’ll also have great wineries and distilleries to visit. This is a driving community there is no public transport and limited Uber. Great for biking. Hiking and wonderful walks. Please be aware that you are in nature and expect to see animals you may not encounter in the city. Let them be happy in their environment and enjoy their beauty. If you are bringing up a pet please make sure that they are current on all vaccinations. There is a $45 dog fee (no cats). THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT AT ALL. NO VAPE, CIGARETTES, AND NO MARIJUANA! we have common spaces and out door decks for smoking!!!! Please note dogs are welcome they must be freshly washed or groomed.
